This notice explains what happens to personal data in connection with this website. It is short because the site collects almost nothing.

What this site collects

Nothing. This site has no contact forms, no comments, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no shopping basket. We set no cookies of our own and we run no analytics or advertising trackers, so nothing about your visit is recorded by us or shared with anyone.

The only way to reach us from this site is by email or telephone, using the details we publish. If you contact us that way, you are sending us your details directly and we handle them as described below.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record the address of the requesting device, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser used. These logs exist so the service can be operated and protected against abuse. They are handled by our host as part of running the service and we do not use them to build any profile of visitors.

If you email or call us

When you contact us about sourcing, supply or a possible trade relationship, we keep your message and contact details in order to reply and to carry the conversation forward. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where a business relationship follows, the performance of a contract.

We keep business correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and longer where accounting or customs rules require it.

Who else sees your data

Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver those services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where a customs authority, tax authority or court requires it of us by law.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or erase it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to us at the address above and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes to this notice

If we add anything to this site that collects data — an enquiry form, or website analytics — we will update this notice before doing so, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
